Raise the Roof: A Poetry and Musical Fundraiser for the Morris Graves Museum

Help the Morris Graves Museum replace their roof! Our local art museum, The Morris Graves, is badly in need of a new roof. The winter storms this year affected us all in different ways, Morris Graves Museum saw damage to their roof bad enough that it desperately needs to be repaired. To help raise the needed funds local artists have donated their time and art to the museum, and this is where you come in! We happily present “Raise The Roof!” a music and poetry filled fundraiser at The Morris Graves Art Museum on Saturday, April 8th at 7pm. Tickets are $20 & all proceeds and donations will be used to fund this much needed repair. Poets will have donated books available for sale, and there will be a cash bar for refreshments.
Local poets will perform, including Eureka Poet Laureate Wil Gibson, former Eureka Poet Laureate David Holper, Daryl Chinn, Larry Crist, Jeff DeMark, Anne Fricke, Susanna Gibson, Jerry Martien, Zera Starchild, as well as local musicians, including Jeff and Paul DeMark, DJ Goldylocks, and Zera Starchild.
